Brannon Scholar is still in the hospital on the ventilator. Let's be constant in prayer for Brannon and his family.
We look forward to seeing you at the building THIS coming Sunday August 9th at 10:25 for worship assembly.
The elders are aware of the current situation and we will continue to assemble following the guidelines we have already been using.
It is imperative that we all comply with wearing our masks in the building.
We need to really focus on practicing social distancing with regard to visiting in the foyer and wearing our masks in the building.
Let's continue to limit our visiting after services and leave the building after services are over
We have done really well in our seating in the auditorium by skipping evey other row and distancing between our family units.
Let's keep up the good work and continue to focus on making our assemby safe for one another as we move forward and worship God as He would have us do.
We need everyone’s cooperation with these guidelines to help keep everyone safe from the potential spread of Covid-19.
The auditorium, foyer and restrooms will be cleaned on Saturday before Sunday services. All surfaces, pews, door handles, etc will have been disinfected and wiped down prior to us entering the building on Sunday morning.
A new air purification system has been installed in the auditorium air conditioning systems and is working very well purifying the air circulating in our building.
BEFORE YOU COME TO THE BUILDING:
If you are sick, please do not come to assembly, just stay home and view Zeke’s sermon video from our website www.eastsidebaytown.org
If you have been exposed to the virus in the last ten (10) days even if you have not tested positive or have any symptoms please do not come to assembly
Self check your temperature before you leave the house and If you are running a fever, do not come to assembly
Please wash your hands with soap before coming to church
Hand sanitizer is available in the foyer
Bring your own bottled water, the water fountains will be covered and are not to be used. This is to remove a potential point of contact
We will continue to record sermon videos and bible class videos for those that cannot come back to the assembly yet.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE BUILDING
Please enter through the main foyer doors, The classroom entrance will remain locked.
We are requiring everyone school age and above to wear a mask in the building.
You may use your homemade mask or N95 but you must cover your nose and mouth
Please put on your mask before you enter the building. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.
Refrain from shaking hands or hugging folks. We can greet one another and say hello, just let's not have any contact.
We will have the Teen Bible class on Sunday afternoon at 3 PM the same guidelines apply.
We will not have afternoon 5pm service.
Communion will be available for you to pick up as you enter the auditorium
Pre-packaged Communion cup and bread will be placed in a zip lock bag for you to pick up on your way into the auditorium.
It is very important for you to remember to pick up communion before you go in to the auditorium
The utmost care is being done in the preparation of the communion emblems.
After we have taken communion together, place the empty cup back in the ziplock bag and throw it in the trash on your way out of the auditorium.
There will not be any trays passed down the rows, only one man to preside over the Lord’s Supper Table.
The Offering will be collected in a collection box between the back doors as you exit the auditorium
Seating in the auditorium:
A deacon may assist you to your seat.
We will be seated 6 foot apart and skip every other row.
Family groups may sit together
We apologize in advance if you are not able to sit where you usually sit
- Please practice social distancing in the pews by allowing 6 feet between persons
Please remain seated where you have been placed. Remember we are trying to limit the potential exposure to the virus.
AFTER THE SERVICE IS OVER
Please limit our visitation in the foyer and exit the building in an orderly manner,
Please do not linger in the auditorium or the foyer to visit.

The order of worship is set. With only a couple exceptions your shepherds are leading the worship this Sunday.
Door Greeters - If you are asked to be a door greeter. You will be provided with gloves and you will open and hold the door for people entering the building.
The doors will be open at 10:10 am
Services will start at 10:25 am
