I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and teaching you publicly and from house to house. - Acts 20:20

We invite you to worship and study God's Word with us on Sundays and Wednesdays. Our services follow safety protocols such as the option of wearing masks and safe distancing for protection in our assemblies.

We'll be focusing on the New Testament in 2021 and our congregational Bible reading plan reflects that. You can download a copy of our 5X5X5 Bible reading plan here. Why is it called "5x5x5?" The front page of the plan explains that, dowload it for free!

On Wednesday evenings at 7:00 we're studying the letters of Paul. Currently we're in 1 Corinthians. It's a wonderful account of the help Paul offers to resolve some issues that plague churches even today.

On Sunday mornings at 9:30 we're studying the gospel of Mark. It's a fast-paced account of the life of Jesus that includes a lot of action as the Lord moved through His short life on earth.

In addition, we're exploring our 2021 congregational theme "Light The Fire."  Our theme comes from Luke 24:32 in which a couple of formerly forlorn disciples remember how Jesus had rekindled their faith during a very confusing and sorrowful time. On the first Sunday of every month we'll present a lesson that will help us as we seek to relight the fire of our own enthusiastic faith during which are proving to be very trying times.
Check back here for links to the lessons throughout the year.

Find us on YouTube (search for Eastside church of Christ Baytown) for videos of studies, sermons, and devotionals.

May God be with us as we seek Him more in 2021.

Thanks for visiting!

“Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.”(Daily Reading, ESV)
